589 THE EFFECT OF DAPAGLIFLOZIN ON SYMPTOMS, QUALITY OF LIFE AND ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC PARAMETERS IN A REAL-WORLD POPULATION OF HFREF PATIENTS
